Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of SMMTurk, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you use SMMTurk on behalf of a company or for your own customers, you accept these terms on their behalf as well.

You need an account to add funds and place orders. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you give us, such as your email address, must be correct and kept up to date.
• Keep your password and API key private. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• Each person or business should use one account. Creating extra accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions or support is not allowed.

SMMTurk provides social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, comments and similar engagement for third-party platforms.

SMMTurk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, Facebook or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

• Start times, speeds and completion times in service descriptions are estimates, not guarantees.
• We deliver the quantity you order. We do not promise sales, reach, ranking, profile growth or any other business result.
• Prices, minimum and maximum amounts and service details may change at any time. Changes are listed on the Updates page.

Before you submit an order, check the service, link and quantity carefully. Orders start processing automatically and usually cannot be changed afterwards.

• The link or username must be correct and the profile or post must stay public until the order is completed.
• Do not change the username, delete the post or make the account private while an order is running. Orders affected by these changes may be marked as completed or partial.
• Do not run two orders for the same link at the same time, on SMMTurk or with another provider. We cannot count delivery correctly and such orders are not covered by refill or refunds.
• Delivery is counted from the start count recorded when the order begins.
• We may cancel any order if the link is invalid, the content breaks these terms, or the service is not available.

Orders are paid from your SMMTurk balance. You add funds on the Add Funds page with one of the payment methods offered there.

• Your balance is kept in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are for information only.
• Balance can only be used for services on SMMTurk. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
• Some payment providers may charge their own fees. These are shown before you pay.
• Opening a chargeback or dispute for a payment that was added to your balance may lead to suspension of your account. Please contact support first so we can solve the problem.
• We may ask for extra verification or reject a payment if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Refunds are made to your SMMTurk balance. Funds that have already been added to your balance are not refunded to your card, wallet or other payment method, unless the law requires it or we decide otherwise.

• If an order is canceled, the full amount is returned to your balance automatically.
• If an order is partly delivered, the undelivered part is returned to your balance automatically.
• Refill is available only for services that show a refill guarantee, and only during the refill period stated in the service.
• Drops on services without refill, or after the refill period has ended, are not refunded or refilled.
• Refill and refunds are not available for orders that break the rules in the Orders section.

You may connect to SMMTurk through our API and resell our services on your own website or child panel.

• Your API key gives full access to your balance. Keep it secret and generate a new one if you think it has been exposed.
• Do not send excessive or automated requests that harm our system. We may limit or block abusive traffic.
• You are fully responsible for your own customers, their orders and their payments. We provide support only to the account holder.
• Child panels are subject to these terms and to the price and renewal details on the Child Panel page.

You may not use SMMTurk for any of the following:

• Promoting content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassment, impersonation, scams, phishing or spreading false information.
• Fraudulent payments, stolen cards or accounts, or money laundering.
• Trying to hack, overload, copy or reverse engineer the website, the API or other users' accounts.
• Abusing bugs, promotions, refunds or refills to get services you have not paid for.

Every social media platform has its own rules. You are responsible for making sure your use of our services follows the rules of the platform you order for.

Platforms may remove engagement, limit reach or take action against accounts at any time. SMMTurk is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including removed followers or likes, hidden content, or suspended or deleted accounts.

SMMTurk is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep the site and services running, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SMMTurk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or damage to reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim is about.

We may suspend or close an account, cancel running orders and refuse service if these terms are broken, if we suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will tell you the reason.

You can stop using SMMTurk at any time. If you want your account closed, open a ticket.

We never ask for your social media passwords. We only use the links and usernames you submit to deliver your orders.

We keep the information needed to run your account, process payments, prevent fraud and answer your tickets. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using SMMTurk after a change, you accept the updated terms.
